Embark on a rewarding career with an initial annual compensation of $45,000 in the first year. As you progress within the organization, anticipate competitive salary growth, with earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 per year in subsequent years , reflective of your dedication and contributions to our dynamic team.

WORK SCHEDULE :

This is a full-time position with a balanced work schedule. You won't be on-call, and weekends are reserved for personal time.

Your appointments are pre-scheduled, eliminating the need for cold calls or door-knocking, allowing you to concentrate on connecting with homeowners.

WHAT DO YOU DO?

Your typical day involves traveling to scheduled inspection appointments in east-central Alabama and west-central Georgia.

Once on-site, you'll conduct thorough chimney inspections, applying our proven sales process to offer professional recommendations.

Your role goes beyond ensuring safety; it's about building rapport with homeowners, making their homes safer and more comfortable.

What you need to do this :

• A valid driver's license
• Comfortable working at heights on roofs
• Basic problem-solving skills

No degree or experience is required!
