Job Location: Top Promotions, 8831 South Greenview Drive, Middleton, Wisconsin, 53562
Compensation: $20-$22/hr with competitive benefits including health and dental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and 401K plan with company
match, pay range is dependent on experience
Hours: 36 hours/week, M-TH 8am-5pm; F 8am-1pm
Experience: Qualified candidates should have a 2 year Associate Degree or a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Skills & Qualifications: Solid communication skills, project management, Microsoft Office, attention to detail, teamwork, problem solving
Key responsibilities & tasks:
Act as internal contact / service representative for corporate clients
Support the corporate sales team by quoting projects, processing orders, and providing problem resolution.
Research products, quote projects and process orders for account executives
