Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized CRM Coordinator with experience with building and managing a CRM, as well as marketing and promotions planning experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts by managing customer relationship management systems effectively and assisting in the planning and execution of marketing promotions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of marketing principles.
Responsibilities:
CRM Management
- Maintain and update customer databases and segmentation within the CRM system.
- Implement strategies to effectively utilize CRM data for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and preferences.
- Generate reports and provide insights based on CRM data analysis.
- Help with the creation of the weekly newsletter and other email assets and SMS campaigns.
Marketing & Promotions Planning
- Assist in keeping up-to-date the marketing and promotions calendar.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Manage timelines for marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and consumer trends.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing materials and content.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on marketing activities and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and marketing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within CRM systems and marketing strategies.
- Proactively suggest and implement innovative ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1 year) in CRM management and marketing & promotions planning.
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Braze, or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
