The Runner communicates with and assists on the floor and commissary to maintain efficient service and create a memorable guest experience. Functionally reports to the Restaurant Floor Manager and chefs.

What You'll Do-Ensure a HIGH-QUALITY Operation

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all expo areas & packing stations.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment
• Communicates with Servers and Floor Managers to maintain efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Adheres to all setup and breakdown standard steps of service as instructed by department
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Job Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible scheduling including nights weekends and holidays.
• Availability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length.
