Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to meet organizational goals.
- Manage and lead a team of Department Managers providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and track expenses to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across departments.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- 15 years of restaurant, hotel, or golf course management experience with at least 1 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager with a restaurant, hotel, or golf environment
- Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
