Requirements:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Take care of guests as if they were family

• Experience in employee relations, recruiting and retention
• Ability to supervise, train and lead employees in roles from entry-level to mid-level management
• Ability to work with very minimal supervision and determine task priorities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet customers’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
• Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Ability to lead by example and to convey a sense of urgency to team members concerning all aspects of the business

Required Qualifications:

• US work authorization (Required)
• Prior restaurant leadership/management
