This position is full-time, on-site only; freelance or remote work is not accepted.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead a robust Paid and Organic Search Team (Google, Bing) consisting of search managers, specialists, and analysts;
- Grow and oversee a Social Media Team including managers and specialists, direct content creation for major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube)
- Develop strategies for search and social media campaigns
- Accountable for campaign performance and achieving desirable ROIs
- Create procedures and optimize processes, continuously improve team productivity and efficiency
- Work closely with marketing managers, creative designers, and web developers to maximize revenue potential
- Liaise with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and and other departments to improve user and customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of paid search experience (Google Ads)
- Minimum 5 years of SEO or social media experience
- Extensive management experience leading teams of 5 members
- Deep understanding of cross channel planning
- Revenue driven, result oriented
- Excellent leadership skills
