Job Description:


Torch Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is currently seeking to hire a Basic Analyst to support configuration and analysis of the Defense Agency's (MDA) Real Property database. The successful candidate is an action-oriented, positive attitude, self-motivated person with a background in general configuration analysis and/or database management. This position has opportunity for growth potential. The candidate will support the MDA Real Property Management sections in Huntsville, AL.

JOB DUTIES

Perform Real Property storage and design to support MDA's efforts to document its Real Property

Support planning and programming of MDA MILCON projects

Direct customer and contractor interface to coordinate/plan/program Real Property and MILCON projects

Utilize professional verbal and written communication skills.

Database development/management of real property asset documentation using MS-Access

Track and report asset changes, request, and construction progress

Prepare reporting documents for customer review

Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software




Job Requirements:


The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and specifically be comfortable and able to professional interact with customers and Real Property contractors.

Bachelor’s degree in Related Field with no direct experience required.

With general supervision can utilize tools, techniques, and processes for analysis activities. Follows established procedures and solves routine problems.

The candidate must possess a minimum current SECRET clearance. Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in the candidate being ineligible for this position.

This position will be onsite with the customer at MDA in Huntsville, AL. Travel is not anticipated.
