Torch Technologies is seeking a Master Scheduler to maintain and manage the programs Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) at Eglin AFB, FL. The Contractor shall act as the Subject Matter Expert in all schedule matters and will provide best practice recommendation to leadership. Contractor shall develop, maintain and manage internal and external IMS’ for leaderships programmatic posturing.

- Develop, maintain and manage internal and external Microsoft Project schedules (IMS) adhering to Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) standards
- Prepare and run critical paths
- Prepare and run Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
- Manage Earned Value Management (EVMS) programs adhering to Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) standards
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Project. Knowledge of Primavera P6 desired
- Must be knowledgeable and able to integrate and link contractors schedule into the programs Master Schedule
- Subject matter expert on all scheduling matters and liaison between the prime contractor, sub-contractors and SPO leadership
- Facilitates the creation and enhancement of diverse briefings and schedules outlining program status and acquisition milestones for senior management.
- Creates presentations to bolster decision-making milestones within the acquisition process.
- Assists in program management evaluations, high-level meetings, and reviews, including assessments of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Formulates, assesses, and executes program procurement strategies in alignment with DoD 5000.2 directives.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have an active SECRET DoD security clearance.
- Must be eligible for a Top Secret clearance. Must maintain clearance at required level.
- Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Must have at least 3 to 10 or more years in related acquisition experience.
- Must be familiar with DoD Acquisition processes or project management professional principles.
- Must have advanced programs experience.
