Based at TSIRC Division 9 - Iama
An exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join the TSIRC team!
As the Multi Skilled Administration Officer, you will be responsible for high-quality customer service achieved through effective administration for the community including but not limited to: sales of power cards, gas, fuel, postal services and visitor's accommodation.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Certificate III in Business Administration and or previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- High level of attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise workloads
- The ability to be culturally responsive, by demonstrating an understanding of the issues affecting Torres Strait Islander people and communicating with sensitivity and effectiveness.
