Exciting opportunity is available for an Administration Officer to join the TSIRC team at Division 13, Ugar!

As the Multi Skilled Administration Officer, you will be responsible for high-quality customer service achieved through effective administration for the community including but not limited to: sales of power cards, gas and fuel on behalf of other Divisions.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Certificate III in Business Administration and or previous experience in a similar role is desireable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- A minimum of 12 months administration experience
- High level of attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise workloads
- Excellent computer skills to operate a computer and electronic communication devices and processes
- The ability to be culturally responsive, by demonstrating an understanding of the issues affecting Torres Strait Islander people and communicating with sensitivity and effectiveness.
