Tortilla King LLC is looking for full time Operations Coordinator to join our team in Moundridge, KS. The Operations Coordinator will manage the daily operations to ensure a consistent flow of information for day to day operations, interact daily with sales representatives, outside vendors and customers.

Job Duties Include:
- Answering and transferring of phone calls and voice messages.
- Processing and distribution of daily/weekly sales reports.
- Daily processing of outgoing paperwork.
- Organization of of sales paperwork.
- Interaction and communicating with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers.
- Maintaining and updating company databases.
- Providing customer service via phone, email or in person.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in a customer service role
- Bilingual highly preferred.
