Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive market intelligence program that monitors industry trends, technological advancements, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of market data to identify opportunities and threats. Transform complex data sets into understandable, actionable insights that inform business strategy.
• Recommend improvements on product, sales, and marketing to ensure strategic alignment based on market insights.
• Deliver regular reports to senior management that provide insights into market trends, competitor strategies, and potential business impacts.
• Review market intelligence matters with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of market insights with business objectives.
• Leverage market insights to identify new product opportunities or enhancements to existing products that meet customer needs and differentiate Torus in the market.
• Provide strategic recommendations to guide the direction of product development and marketing strategies based on in-depth market understanding.
• Provide recommendation and cross-functional alignment with Go To Market (GTM) strategy and execution
• Research and provide recommendation on pricing and packaging.

Experience You’ll Need 

• 5 years in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, and packaging and pricing, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sectors.
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, with a proven ability to distill vast amounts of data into strategic insights.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and collaborating with executive leadership.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an accessible manner.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of influencing business strategy through deep market insights.
