This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because: You have a strong background as a product and raw material developer, you are a critical cross-functional leader, pivotal in building aesthetically and quality authentic product while achieving financial goals. You are excited to be a part of a dynamic environment where you will partner with manufacturing partners, design and merchandising teams. A Day in the Life: The typical day is… atypical. You might interpereting design needs, reviewing prototypes, sourcing options in materials and techniques, or managing the calendar to insure timely turnover of development. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team of cross-functional partners who share your passion for excellence… and creating beautiful accessories! To Land This Role: BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience 6 years in raw materials/product development, sourcing, and/or production Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong math and collaborative skills Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment. Compensation Range The compensation range for this position is 95,000.00 USD - 135,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
