Men's Locker Room Butler for Toscana Spa/Sports Club

Toscana Country Club has a full-time seasonal opening for a Men's Spa/Sports Club Locker Room Butler at Toscana Country Club, a private equity golf club and luxury residential community located in Indian Wells, California. As the energetic social hub of the Toscana Community, the country club offers a truly private setting where members will enjoy camaraderie, relaxation and sport with friends and family, and an incomparable level of attention and service from our staff. The community features two 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, a 90,000-square-foot Club Villa featuring an exceptional array of private club and spa and sport club amenities.

Basic Purpose of the Job: To ensure all areas of Toscana Spa and Sports Club is properly maintained from locker room maintenance and cleanliness to guest service and attention to detail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Spa Locker control and maintenance

· Stocking and upkeep of fitness room

· Housekeeping duties sometimes requiring vacuum/floor cleaning

· Ability to tour a guest through the facility

· Linen stocked with linen when delivery arrives

· End of month ordering and update throughout the month of what is low

· Approach guests to ask them if they would like to order lunch, tea or any item and how their services were.

· Restocking of lockers with robes and replenishment of linens in men's and women's locker areas as well as at the outdoor courtyards.

· Water, Tea and snack replenishment in key areas of the Spa

· Cleaning of public areas; Spa reception, retail, lounge and outdoor courtyards.

· Responsible for set up of Spa and break down at the end of the day.

· Ensure all storage rooms are clean and organized.

· Stocking of all amenities throughout the day in locker areas

· Offering guests throughout the Spa water, assistance, cold compresses and offering water on the fitness floor while members are on cardio equipment.

· Ability to provide a tour to a member of the Spa.

· Basic knowledge of the treatments performed at the Spa.

· A spirit of teamwork. Willingly accepts additional responsibilities and tasks.
