Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking: a Project Manager for the Services Team. The PM I will work under the direction of a Sr. Project Manager on assigned projects. The primary focus of this role will be managing integration, staging, delivery, and installation of hardware products and solutions at customer locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, scheduling, executing, reporting, and meeting financial targets on assigned custom services projects. This role requires providing project management direction to both Toshiba and 3rd Party resources and managing Change Control processes. The selected candidate should be a skilled communicator at multiple levels, with customers, and be able to use experience, tools, and methodologies to achieve expected project results and customer satisfaction (on-time, within budget, within expectations).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or commensurate experience.
- 1 years of Project Management experience, preferably in the retail industry, particularly store operations.
- Ability to work within a project team environment where results will be based on cooperation with and/or influence of others.
- 2 years of experience in a project execution environment (retail environment preferred).
- 2 years of experience in the deployment project life cycle – equipment procurement, staging, delivery, installation, and installation support.
- 1 years of experience using project database tools (QuickBase preferred).
- Microsoft Office tools experience, including Microsoft Project.
- Must have a history of meeting and exceeding challenging objectives.
- Results-driven with a focus on project success, revenue, and costs.
- Ability to work successfully in a diverse team environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and driving issues to closure, with a focus on successful results.
- Strong work ethic.

- PMP Certification or demonstrated plan to achieve.
- Develop Project Plans:
- Lead a delivery team on small to medium projects or as a segment of a larger engagement.
- Develop and manage project plan and resources.
- Review and understand project scope, develop project plan and schedule.
- Create project database.
- Project Execution:
- Manage task assignments and conduct team meetings.
- Communicate project status internally and with customers and conduct status meetings.
- Produce and distribute project documentation.
- Maintain project database and project documentation throughout the project.
- Monitor and control project and manage day-to-day execution activities.
- Identify issues and track to resolution.
- Manage Change Control.
- Manage cost/schedule/resource variances.
- Responsible for managing completion of project tasks according to contract deliverables.
- Effectively manage project cost and communicate project financials accurately per the operations team.
- Identify resource requirements.
- Establish project team and communicate project plan.
- Manage the work of TGCS project resources and subcontractor personnel.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions with the project team.
- Client Management:
- Ensure client expectations are met/exceeded.
- Establish client follow-up/monitor process.
- Interface with team leadership and external teams as appropriate to complete tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Learning curve for internal Toshiba systems/tools and heavily matrixed projects.
