As the face of the company, being a delivery supervisor requires ultimate customer service and a positive attitude. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following- schedule staff based on needs of business to run effectively, manage and fulfill delivery orders accurately, in a timely fashion- processes orders-communicate inventory OOS to store and buying teams-report items not showing on website to store management and buyers-oversee processing and curbside pick-ups-build a positive team culture-have ability to coach, teach, train and hold associates accountable-track delivery flow and understand delivery volume-ensure order accuracy- maintain and check orders and inventory -help with e-comm fixes, pulling next day orders during down time-ensuring that all associates are following safety policies and procedures while in the store and driving-drive sales of delivery department, maintain vehicle maintenance and safety -maintain logs and service records
QUALIFICATIONS-
Valid driver's license
Clean motor vehicle record
Management experience
Enjoy interacting with customers
Must enjoy working in fast-paced environment
Delivery Driver experience is preferred

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
