Total Care ABA is hiring a Clinical Director!

The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical growth and clinical operations of Total Care ABA in their assigned territory.
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for all clinical operational aspects in assigned territory
- Develop clinical Policies and Procedures in compliance with the regulations in assigned state(s)
- Leverage centralized operational infrastructure to satisfy state and provider requirements
- Work with team in configuring EHR
- Perform outreach to develop and maintain relationships with pediatrician’s offices, families, clinics, diagnosticians, and other potential referral sources in order to increase referrals
- Work in collaboration with team members to become in-network providers, as appropriate with funding sources and be the named provider in the application submitted by Total Care ABA
- Ensure cases are properly staffed and assists in recruiting as necessary.
- Provide orientation/training and supervision to BTs/RBTs; facilitate group supervision to clinical team and professional development opportunities for clinical team.
- While Total Care expands and reaches the desired growth goals, the clinical director will also be responsible for completing direct service activities and maintaining billable hours.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree Required
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- A minimum of 4 years of experience after BCBA certification and at least 6 years of ABA industry experience
- A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
Salary: $70,000-$100,000
