Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, financial report writing, and general ledger reconciliation. Duties: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets - Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement - Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant accounting standards - Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Perform general ledger reconciliation and maintain accurate records - Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits - Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets - Provide guidance and support to the finance team - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred - Proven experience as a Controller or similar role - Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software, QuickBooks Enterprise Software - Excellent financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data - Solid understanding of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and time management skills - Strong business acumen- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in financial management and analysis, we encourage you to apply for this position.
