We are looking for a Day Porter that is be dedicated, detailed and passionate about delivering exceptional quality.
Porter Responsibilities:
- Perform regular Janitorial duties
- Power blowing and cleaning parking lot and building premises
- Empty trash parking lot and common areas
- Cleaning and restock Bathrooms
- Cleaning elevators
- Cleaning windows ( Lobby Areas )
- Sweep and mopping floors
- Willing to clean biohazards (blood and human feces)
- Assist the tenants with empty recycling and trash
- Assist Property Management with any request .
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing

Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm
