We are looking for a detail-oriented quality assurance manager to oversee all quality assurance activities. The quality assurance manager's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.

To be successful as a quality assurance manager you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.

Janitorial Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities:

• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests monthly to all accounts.
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
• Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
• Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
• Making recommendations for improvement.
• Keeping customer accounts in good standing.
• Recognizing sales opportunities to meet current and future clients’ cleaning needs.
• Interacting positively and professionally with customers face-to-face and via email and phone.

Janitorial Quality Assurance Manager Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• A valid, unexpired driver’s license
• Must be willing to consent to/pass a background screen and motor vehicle report (MVR)
• Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field preferred.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable Transportation
• Strong work ethic and desire for long-term employment

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
