Job Description:
We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee our dynamic team of 40-50 members in our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical industry experience, and the ability to effectively manage production processes. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a large team of production staff, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
- Oversee all aspects of production, including raw material handling, production repacks, printing expiration dates, and compliance with law codes.
- Identify and address any issues in production, collaborating closely with the team to find solutions.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to make necessary requests and ensure smooth operations for production.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials necessary for production are readily available and in working condition.
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Production Manager Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing a large team in a production environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical industry required
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
