Job Posting for Boilermaker at Total Safety U.S., Inc.

  • Experience in maintaining job site documentation, i.e. job time sheets, and building drawings
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities.
  • Proficient in hand tool, power tool, and pipe fitting experience
  • Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift
equipment up to forty feet, working in ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
  • Ability to work alternative shifts or weekends and to travel upon request to meet customer installation schedule.
  • Tighten and loosen bolts on flange connections and man-ways as per ISO drawings and work plan.
  • Assist with installation/removal of blinds as needed for pressure testing purposes.
  • Possess skilled knowledge of pipefittings, bolts, valves, etc. as required.
  • Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications.
  • Use impact wrenches, combination wrenches, and line up pins to install valves and piping spools.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
