Client Care Specialist Manager- Full Time

Total Veterinary Care is looking for a full-time client care specialist to join our team in Buford, GA. Total Veterinary Care Client Care Specialist Managers (CCS Managers) provide our clients with their first impression of our hospital team while supervising, directing, planning, coordinating, and performing a variety of client communication duties to ensure quality pet care and promote increased efficiency. They will spend the majority of their time performing CCS duties and will observe and evaluate other CCSs in order to guide and assist them through servant leadership

Hiring range: $16-20/hr., commensurate with experience.

Hours: 30-40 hours per week, during regular business hours

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a positive self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow
• Has some prior experience with team leadership and training
• Has excellent customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or medical office setting
• Is highly skilled with scheduling client appointments and is capable of quickly and efficiently learning new software programs 
• Can demonstrate efficient organization and has the ability to pay attention to multiple details by taking initiative and staying motivated to provide excellent service to our clients
• Has a desire to learn new skills and is focused on using them to advance their careers for the betterment of themselves, their team, and the clients and patients we serve
• Has a positive attitude and is an effective and respectful team player 
• Is available for rotating Saturday shifts
