Responsibilities:
- Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Hiring and training your team of managers, team leads & consultants
- Ongoing team training
- Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products
- Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized spa
- Opening/closing business
- Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Goal Oriented:
Ability to meet goals for staffing, revenue, sales metrics and operational components.
Team Development:
Ability to interview, hire, coach, and develop strong and independent teams who successfully operate the spas.
Brand Management
- Ensuring spa locations meet company brand management guidelines
- Maintain cleaning and sanitizing expectations
- Strong ability to visually merchandise products and apparel. Ensure proper sale and promotional signs are displayed according to promotion schedule
- Maintain organized spas
- Team education regarding all skin care and services
- Ensure all teams make guest recommendations based on potential results from all services
- Ensure all team members follow dress code standards
Operations:
- Oversee numerous spa locations within a region
- Drive sales across your region
- Set & schedule daily tasks for team including sales goals, cleaning, inventory, and guest experience
- Develop effective schedules that cater to the needs of the business and guest experience
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks according to urgency while meeting deadlines
- Maintain knowledge of the industry including information on equipment, products, memberships, and ongoing promotions
- Ability to be a consistent coach for your teams
- Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Ability to remain willing and open to ongoing coaching and development
- Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met

Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent. Leadership/Management experience. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.
