Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our store, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have experience in a administrative setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer and manage phone calls and email
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Manage transactions with customers
- Assist with administrative tasks on the computer, including inputting information into spreadsheets
- Steam items for customers and make sure items are ready for their scheduled appointments
- Ensure communication between the seamstresses and front desk
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an administrative or managerial position
- Proficiency in using phone systems, Google Suite, and microsoft excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with the bridal industry and tailoring is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
