Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as the Nurse Manager.
As the Nurse Manager, which Touchmark refers to as Clinical Care Manager, you will enrich lives every day by utilizing your education and experience to oversee the licensed care staff, ensuring residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself and your team of caregivers by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!
Shifts typically range from 8am-5pm, some weekends and holidays are required.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
Have experience in an assisted living environment, preferably in a management role
Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona
Assist in the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhoods
Be willing to work occasional weekend and holiday shifts
Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
