Human Resource (HR) Business Partner- Skilled Nursing Community
COUNTRY CARE MANOR- LA VERNIA, TX
Salary up to $50k DOE.

Who are you?
- A dynamic and highly motivated HR professional with a well-round background in high volume recruiting, payroll, onboarding, employee relations and engagement, and HR operations.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare industry highly preferred.
- Must have strong knowledge of HR policy and procedure and HRIS systems.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or in lieu of degree, at least 3 years' experience in a professional HR position.
What are the main duties of the HR Business Partner?
- Champion the recruiting, selection, onboarding, and orientation process to ensure the Touchstone Experience.
- Develop and implement market-based recruitment initiatives to hire best-in-class team members.
- Coordinate team member Touchstone Experience committee to promote engagement and enhance retention.
- Operate the Human Resources Department in accordance with the established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain effective care and service through the adoption and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with labor management.
- Prepare and review reports as required to support the leaders to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure pre-employment protocols are followed in accordance with Company policies including but not limited to timely background checks.
- Accountable for interpreting and communicating HR policies to leaders and team members.
- Coordinate occupational injuries as they occur; monitor and track injuries and ensure open lines of communication between all parties.
- Collaborate with CSO HR Team on the leave of absence process.
- Maintain compliance with Paycor data entry, integrity, and tracking.
- 100% compliance with HR specific metrics and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Facilitate team member engagement activities in alignment with the Touchstone Experience.
- Achieve Scoreboard benchmark.
- Achieve EBITDAR commitment.
