Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures operational excellence and delivery of quality care
- Responsible for overseeing and managing center operations
- Responsible for assessing staffing levels and initiating cross training in all facilities
- Primary focus will be on improving operational performance, implementation of best practices and increasing volume
- Proven ability to creatively problem solve
- Facilitates referrals from physicians through managing patients internally and collaboration with marketing department
- Human Resource responsibilities –including hiring and orienting staff, developing and monitoring staff and performing annual evaluations
- Participates in establishing consistent performance improvement activities and plans within the facility
- Ability to prioritize patient needs, realizing that primary customer needs take precedence over individual needs
- Displays a caring and responsive attitude and conducts all activities respecting patient, family, and employee rights and expectations
- Fosters a positive and professional clinic environment by interacting with all persons in a considerate, helpful, and courteous manner and by participating as a team member
- Diffuses/resolves conflict by appropriately communicating with those involved
- Accepts constructive criticism and gives suggestions in a professional manner
- Anticipates customer needs and responds accordingly as evidenced by satisfaction surveys and individual reports
- May require schedule flexibility as needed
- Minimum of one year management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent healthcare experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team building and strong leadership skills
- Self-starter who is able to manage his / her time effectively
- Takes initiative and is accountable for results
- Familiarity with financial statements and financial management concepts
- Physician relations experience preferred
- Results oriented, high energy with a strong work ethic, integrity and honesty
- Great organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Imaging industry strongly preferred
