Responsibilities
In this new role as DEI Program Director, you will play a critical role in strengthening, building, and further executing the DEI strategy. As a bridge between the community and the hospital, your work as DEI champion will contribute to the betterment of the entire community.

Your Impact:
- Implement and evaluate the organization's DEI strategic plan
- Own and manage deliverables that contribute to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment and culture
- Serve as a change agent and influencer to implement effective and innovative solutions that deliver meaningful results at scale
- Assist the DEI Councils in implementing programs and initiatives based on the strategic plan
- Liaise with internal businesses and functions across the organization
- Network and build relationships with professional and educational organizations and underrepresented groups
- Regularly communicate diversity and engagement initiatives, events, and progress
- Gather, analyze, and use data to assist in the creation of programs or to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives
- Research and identify new trends to promote ongoing maturity related to program management, building DEI capability, and assessing opportunities

Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrated workplace experience creating, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating DEI programs and activities
- Proven history of building effective working relationships internally and externally
- Project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple deliverables with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience
