Maintenance Director

Tower Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team! We are looking for an experienced candidate with a great work ethic and a caring heart for our skilled nursing facility.

JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Director is a key position in our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the maintenance department.
• Supervise maintenance staff.
• Ensure all physical plant and maintenance needs are met at all times.
• Provide a safe environment for our residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Excellent communication with staff, residents, and families.
• Assist with development and enforcement of policies and procedures regarding the maintenance department.
• Attend all in-services and on-the-job training.
• Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
• Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Successful criminal background check
• Prior Maintenance experience required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination OR willingness to receive the Covid-19 vaccination OR company approved medical/religious accommodation
