Site Supervisor Level 2
The Town of Concord is seeking two Site Supervisors to perform facility management, program supervision and front desk services at the Recreation Division. This is a part-time position consisting of less than 20 hours per week. Available shifts are Monday – Friday 6:00 – 10:00 PM, Saturday 1:30 – 6:30 PM and Sunday 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM (mutually agreeable schedule to be determined with final candidates). Professional and friendly demeanor is required in this customer-service position. Pay range: $19-22/hour.

Department: Human Services/Recreation Salary Grade: MISC Reports To: Assistant Director of Recreation FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Appointed By: Town Manager Date: December 2020 GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of Recreation, the Site Supervisor Level 2 performs routine facility management work, program and facility supervision, and administrative work in, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping. The Site Supervisor Level 2 is called upon to handle a significant amount of details, each varying in substance and content, requiring the individual to approach workload with flexibility. This individual will also be responsible for the direct supervision of programs and facilities that are active during their shift hours. Hours may be adjusted based upon supervision needs. Position will require your own personal reliable transportation. Frequently subjected to the demands of other individuals and the volume and /or rapidity with which tasks must be accomplished. Operates computer, printer, video display terminal, keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier, facsimile machine and all other standard office equipment requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity. Balancing, crouching, grasping, pulling, reaching and stooping may also be required.
