What are the responsibilities and job description for the Town Engineer position at Town of Saugus?
The Town of Saugus seeks qualified applicants for the permanent, full time position of Town Engineer. This position performs various types of labor related to the study, analysis, and engineering of the town’s infrastructure and equipment; undertakes a variety of activities pertaining to public works. Maintains the Town GIS as well as other equipment, records and information for the Department.
Requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 7-10 years experience in Study, Permitting, Design, Construction and Operations of municipal highway, roadway, water, sewer, drainage sidewalk and other public works related areas. Strong management experience of public works projects. Must have the ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously.
