Loan Partner

We are looking for Seasoned purchase Loan Officers to partner with real estate agents.

Available 7 days a week using technology to connect with agents and client home buyers.

Flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• NMLS TX License (Required)
• Mortgage Loan Origination: 3 years (Preferred)
• Purchase Transactions (Required)
• Call Center Experience (Preferred)
• Encompass LOS Experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Turn leads into applications
• Create lasting relationships with real estate agents
• Provide expert advice and guidance to prospective clients
• Examine client applications and evaluate credit qualification
• Follow up with clients using multiple contact strategies
• Provide “white glove” customer service to agents and clients
