Part Time: Hours Based on Events
Compensation: $18/hr starting wage

JOB SUMMARY

Come join the exciting world of sports and entertainment events! This position will perform a variety
of tasks and duties related to Event Security at the Town Toyota Center. This position is responsible for
providing safety and security for guests, staff and artists.

Great part-time or secondary job with flexible hours. Qualified candidates must be 18 years or
older. Bilingual applicants encouraged.

TYPICAL JOB DUTIES

  • Ensure a family-friendly environment
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, team officials, players, artists, staff and
other individuals associated with each event
  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
  • Be alert at assigned post at all times to ensure personal safety
  • Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Monitor various activities on and around assigned post
  • Practice all safety rules and procedures, at assigned post, to ensure a safe and healthy

environment


QUALIFICATIONS

  • This position will spend 100% of the time standing.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to take direction.
  • No previous security experience is required
