Position: Community Manager
Location: Willowood Apartments, Trotwood, OH (suburb of Dayton, OH)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
Community Size: 124 units
What We're Looking For:
- At least one year of experience as a property manager in the multifamily residential industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Meticulous with strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Capable of resolving a variety of challenges efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.
- Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.
Other Helpful Skills and Competencies (preferred but not required):
- CAM® or CAPS® designation
- Experience working directly with property owners.
- Yardi experience
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations to create a positive living experience for residents.
- Manage leasing activities, including showing units and preparing lease agreements.
- Build relationships with residents, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to maintain property standards.
- Monitor budgets, financials, and occupancy to maximize property success.
- Organize community events to enhance resident engagement.
- Enforce community policies, ensuring a safe and harmonious environment.
