Full-Time Property Manager (Clinton)

Job Summary:
Towne Storage Management Co. (www.townestorage.com) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full-Time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Clinton location. Rate of pay is based on experience up to $18.00/hour, plus bonuses and commissions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations.
- Advertise and market property to attract prospective tenants.
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements and renewals.
- Enforce lease terms and handle any tenant disputes or issues.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of property income, expenses, and transactions.
- Stay updated on local rental market trends, fair housing regulations, and landlord-tenant laws.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Hours for this Full-time Property Manager Position are:
-Monday- Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
-Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm
-Closed Sunday
-Days off are Sunday and one day mid-week, depending on location.

Qualifications:
-Available during office hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Experience in facilities management is a plus.
