Maintenance

APPLY IN PERSON (details below)

Maintenance work in all areas of the hotel including grounds keeping and meeting room set up for the hotel property. Must have or obtain a Certified Pool Operator license. Duties include maintaining pool/spa, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, carpet repairs, landscaping, customer service, emergency response, inventory management, regulatory compliance (building codes and life safety.) Perform maintenance inspections and record equipment status and or detailed repair reports. Record daily activities for submittal to the Director of Maintenance/General Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have or obtain a Certified Pool Operator certification.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and back ground check.
• Be able to lift and carry 50 pounds of material and equipment.
• Be able to stand and work for extended periods of time.
• Have a cell phone for on call duty communications.
• Have dependable transportation available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
• Have good reading and writing skills.
• Live within a 30 minute drive of the hotel.
• Have a clean criminal record (no violations.)
• Be available for 24 hours on call status when scheduled.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
