Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hotel/resort in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel/resort amenities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all billing is accurate
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with concierge services such as booking tours or transportation
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Skills:
- Experience in Guest Services or Customer Service preferred
- Proficient in phone systems and possess excellent phone etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
- Knowledge of Hospitality Management practices
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
- Familiarity with Night Audit procedures is beneficial

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
