**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess a strong background in veterinary medicine. Our pay is very competitve for our area.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and recommend treatment plans for various animals
- Conduct surgeries, vaccinations, dental procedures, and other medical interventions as needed
- Provide guidance and education to pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures
- Utilize aseptic techniques in surgical procedures and maintain sterile environments
- Manage kennel operations, including overseeing animal boarding and grooming services
- Administer medications, perform animal catheterization, and conduct laboratory tests as required
- Monitor and provide critical care for animals in need of emergency medical attention
**Experience:**
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited institution
- Previous experience in veterinary practice management is a plus
- Proficiency in equine care is highly desirable
- Strong background in veterinary critical care and emergency medicine
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures related to animal health assessments
