Your Job:
The Used Equipment Coordinator will provide support with procurement, inventory and sales of used equipment.
Your Responsibilities:
Job requirements may include the following where applicable:
- Process all UE orders, incoming product paperwork, TCF leases, and demos in various databases (CRM, Catavolt, SAP, Softbase)
- Manage all lease returned machines, to include recording inventory, documentating to lease company and other dealers
- Processing them through shops, painting/body work, documenting and invoicing of damage repairs and marketing of lease return inventory
- Order miscellaneous items for stock and/or sales
- Process trade-in units, issue stock numbers, and invoice customer
- Maintain and reconcile monthly controlled account/sales reports
- Coordinate forklift prep with service and parts department
- Issue/track POs for all forklift attachments and communicate with outside vendors
- All coordinators will act as back-up to Used Equipment Department Manager
- Dispose machines out of territory as appropriate
- Process all associated paperwork (RO’s, invoicing, PO’s)
- Perform other duties as requested.
Preferred Skills /Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and/or one to two years related experience and/or training
- Understands leasing and financing basics of equipment and equipment sales
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Understanding of material handling a plus
- Valid Driver's License / Clean Driving Record
- Professionalism and diplomacy to approach others and manage emotional or ambiguous situations with clarity and self-control

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. May require sitting for long periods of time working in front of the computer, physically lifting and moving up to 50lbs. (on occasion), walk on concrete floors with the ability to use full range body motion for climbing, pushing, lifting, and reaching.
