Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Answering all customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Determining customer’s primary concern and scheduling the necessary appointment.
- Communicating with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time.
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
- Developing your knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships.
- Establishing great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
- Working as a team player to uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communicating.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction.
- Inbound and Outbound customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Good computer skills and the ability to manage multiple computer programs simultaneously.
