Call Center Customer Service Representative – Antonino Auto Group

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Answering all customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Determining customer’s primary concern and scheduling the necessary appointment.
  • Communicating with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time.
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
  • Developing your knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships.
  • Establishing great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Working as a team player to uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communicating.
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction.
  • Inbound and Outbound customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to manage multiple computer programs simultaneously.
