In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling outbound calls to drive business to our service department.
These campaigns would include missed service appointments, recalls, and retention phone calls to customers.
You will also handle some inbound phone calls to schedule service appointments.
The ideal candidate will have a great personality, excellent phone skills, and a strong desire to provide top-notch customer service.
This Job will be a mix of in-person and remote work.
