Responsibilities

• This is not a typical BDC role.
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries through Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer.
• Engage and follow up with the hundreds of leads we receive monthly through phone, email, and text.
• Set appointments at the dealership affiliated for appraisal and purchase.
• Work hand-in-hand with the store appraiser. This is an internal departmental collaberation.
• Leverage all software and data provided to confirm and offer the appraisal amount for the vehicle purchase. This is inclusive of vAuto metrics, VinSolutions, and Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer.
• Must be able to contribute to a positive team environment as this position is highly collaborative and transparent with all parties involved.
• This position will contact, engage, and follow up with all opportunities in the pipeline. As well as coordinate expectations with the customer and store appraisor.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and energetic
• A friendly/professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet daily goals
• Product knowledge/function is critical with all the different vehicles daily.
• Any auto industry experience a plus, specifically with Vinsolutions access, or appraising physical inventory with vAuto.
