Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform accounting, payroll, and administrative tasks to support our auto dealership's daily operations including breakdown vehicle deals, send paperwork to financial institutions, send title work to the state, process and follow up on payoffs, and more.
- File paperwork, order supplies, answer the phone
Qualifications – Automotive Accounting & Payroll Associate:
Accounting experience is required, Payroll experience is a plus!
- Automotive office experience is a plus!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Takes initiative and pays attention to details
- A good work ethic
- Professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
