Who we're looking for
Toyota's weld and paint division is looking for a passionate and highly motivated support administrator.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist shops in administrative roles.
Reporting to the Paint Sr. Manager, the person in this role will support the division objective to support safety, quality, productivity, and cost initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Support budget planning and monthly management.
- Scheduling of shop leadership scheduled to improve efficiency.
- Run daily/weekly/monthly reports to support shop objectives.
- Support presentations/report-out by creating documents and data collection.
- Ordering of supplies, PPE, and other non-production items for the shops.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Microsoft application understanding (excel) and experience. - advanced
- Good communication skills.
- Capable of learning new systems and tools.
- Experience with Outlook (scheduling and calendar management)
- Experience with managing multiple departments across different managers in a fast-paced environment.
Added bonus if you have
- Experience with SAP, Workday, and Maximo
