What You Will Be Doing:
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on the hardware and software that comprise the company process control and variable frequency drive systems
Assist with the design and implementation of new hardware, software, and drive packages to improve production, and participate in major maintenance projects
Interact with members of production, engineering, quality, and maintenance departments to address process control system needs, and lead efforts to implement the identified improvements
Work closely with the production/maintenance departments and equipment vendors to ensure mill personnel receive appropriate training and planned/preventive maintenance is performed on process control systems and variable frequency drives
What You Bring To The Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Electrical, Chemical, or Bioresource/Paper Science Engineering disciplines preferred
1 year of process control engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment desired
Familiarity with Foxboro I/A, Emerson Delta-V, Allen-Bradley PLC, and Rockwell drive products preferred
Demonstrated skill in electronic hardware and software troubleshooting
Must be willing to perform in an on-call environment, including weekends and weeknights
