ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Above average pay - Second Pressman Trainee $25/hr - minimum of 2 years in the industry
- $27 - $30/hr with direct experience as a Second Pressman

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- As a Second Pressman, you’ll be responsible for supporting a team of 3-4 individuals on a daily basis and overseeing anywhere from 15-20 jobs a day
- You’ll be the second in command and support setting up machines, presses, and prep materials for various jobs
- Troubleshooting errors, resolving issues, and working as a team to accomplish production goals
- Monitoring jobs, fine tuning color, and completing runs
- Performing quality control
- Performing preventative maintenance on presses, machines, fixing machine errors, and changing rollers
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 2 years of experience working in the printing industry
- Experience leading and managing others where you’ve worked in a fast paced environment
- A strong understanding of mechanical background and knowledge of technical terminology in the printing industry
- A strong sense of urgency
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to troubleshoot errors
