Key Responsibilities include:
Nail Care Services:
- Provide a range of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and other related treatments, ensuring guests receive high-quality and personalized services.
Sanitation and Safety:
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, adhering to strict sanitization and disinfection protocols for tools, equipment, and workstations.
Product Knowledge and Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care services, maintaining a working knowledge of all products used and incorporating new trends into service offerings as appropriate.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Adhere to state-issued guidelines for nail care services, completing daily service logs for pedicure stations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering exceptional nail care services, addressing guests' needs and preferences, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for every guest.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and stock workstations with necessary supplies and inform management of any inventory needing replacement, ensuring availability of products and equipment for efficient service delivery.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect equipment for damage or signs of wear and tear, promptly reporting any issues to management for repair or replacement to maintain optimal functionality and safety.
Additional Duties:
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the nail care services offered at the establishment.
What you will bring:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Completion of 240 hours in nail courses at accredited Cosmetology school.
- Florida State Cosmetology License and all other mandated industry standard licenses.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Nail Technician.
- Previous experience working in a similar hotel, resort, or luxury nail spa setting.
