The Waterpark is a weekend only waterpark, so we are looking for people who have flexibility to work 2-3 of the shifts listed below.( must be available to work Saturday night shift)
Fridays: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturdays: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sundays: 9:00 AM – Noon

As a Lifeguard, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment. You will be responsible for providing and maintaining a therapeutic environment for our patients during their stay. Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to work on-site during scheduled hours (8:00am - 5:00pm) at our facility located in Maple Grove, MN
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must not have any reported history of suicide attempts or major depression or behavioral disorders.
- COVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption status Responsibilities:
- Prepare lifeguard areas for inspection.
- Inspect areas according to established rules and procedures.
- Report any findings according to company procedures to the Treatment Team Leader or Director.
- Maintain sanitary conditions in inspection areas and documentation of any violations according to company procedures per Department of Health standards.
- Sanitize inspection areas after each shift with appropriate cleaning supplies per TPI Hospitality policies per patient safety guidelines.
- Ensure all reports of injuries/medical concerns are immediately reported to Management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
